Key Advantages

In its most basic form, Queue Management System will issue a ticket (token) to an arriving customer and later allow the service provider to call the ticket in a sequential(first in first out) manner. In this way, Queue Management System helps to provide comfort as well as fairness to customers, by allowing them to maintain their position in the queue while they are seated comfortably or engaged in constructive activity.

Affinity KIOSKS

Affinity offers versatile kiosk models—tabletops, wall-mounted, with customizable accessories. Basic setup includes touch screen and token printer, expandable with scanners. 

Clients manage services, enabling customers to easily select, obtain tokens. Scalable for high volume, fully customizable screens and functions.

Main Display on television screen.

Affinity main display shows multiple queue information in a single screen. Affinity QMS uses Television for the main displays. The main display shows the current serving tokens as well as the pending tokens in various queues. The display can be configured to show tokens in various service areas/counters.

Affinity Token Calling Module

Affinity calling interface is used by the person sitting in the service areas (Counter clerks). The interface can be accessed in the client PC / mobiles through web browser or through the affinity token call device.

The calling interface is customizable according to the client requirements. The standard functionalities are to call the ticket, put it back in the queue or hold it and recall it, or cancel it completely. Additional functionalities can be configured.

Counter Displays.

Counter display shows called token(current) in individual counters. This can be hung from the ceiling or can be fixed on a wall.
